ICA Membership New/Renewal Application - 2024

In accordance with the Bylaws of ICA, each member is asked to self-evaluate their personal walk with the Lord and their commitment to membership on a yearly basis. As part of this self-evaluation, we are asking you to refresh your understanding of what it means to be a member at ICA and then recommit to the membership for the following year.
